Through my years of practice, I have learned to hone many massage modalities such as myofascial release, reflexology, acupressure, passive stretching and oncology massage…tailoring my practice to my individual clients with all levels of sensitivity.

I will work with you one day at a time and meet you where you are at, to determine the best combination of therapies for you.  I want you to feel comfortable opening up and really expressing what you need.  I will in turn be open and honest with you. 

I view my professional and life experience as a bridge between myself and my clients.  All I have done and all I have learned allows me to understand your needs and care for you during your healing process.
